Operating under a Public Service concession (in partnership with other operators) for cruise ships visiting the Port of Lisbon, the services include support for embarkation, disembarkation also to passengers in transit, including other auxiliary activities to support cruise ships.
This terminal, operated by the Group since 2014, and located in Santa Apolónia, was designed by architect Carrilho da Graça. Equipped with X-Ray equipment for passengers and hand and cabin luggage, it allows the embarkation, disembarkation and transit operations of cruise ships. In 2017, João Carrilho da Graça won the Valmor Architecture Award with this architectural work.
